I have been a member of Haemaru Law Firm since 1998 and am licensed to practice law in Korea and the State of New York. My practice focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. In addition, I have been actively involved in public-interest work, serving as a mediator and arbitrator with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), a Human Rights Protection Officer for Counter-Terrorism, a mediator with the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, and a member of the National Contact Point (NCP) Committee under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. I have also advised government authorities, public institutions, and the Embassy of the United States in Korea on a long-standing basis.
